"If the .com already use by another people than use .net, .info, .biz, etc."

If the .com is version of the keyword rich domain and it's variations that you are targeting is already registered by somebody else, approach he/she who owns it. (If it is really that good, chances are very slim that the dotcom name is still available. As a matter of fact, if it is still available, you have to be more cautious. How come after these years nobody hasn't picked it? Are you just lucky or what?).

Sometimes you can get the keyword matching domain for a reasonable price. They may be much higher than than the reg fee, but it's worth the investment. Nothing can't hurt you more than developing a good site on a poor or spammy sounding domain name.</description>
