“Experience is the best teacher in this Life”, maybe you already knew and heard about that quotation a long time ago. But, is it complete? I said NO!!! Compare it with this quote by John Maxwell :

“Experience is the best teacher in this Life, but evaluate on the experience will be the best way to get better result”.

Do you agree with me?

For your reflection, We fail many times in this life. Nobody is perfect. We have 2 responses when fail come to our life, whether it is desperate or try again. If you are a pessimist person then you will easily desperate and don’t want to try again. For this case you need an encouragement and empowering to make you back. But, If you are an optimist person and like a challenge then I’m sure you will try again until you success. No Gain without Pain. To avoid become fail again, you need to evaluate it to know what is wrong. This is important!

What should you do to evaluate?

  1. Go to your room and lock it.
  2. Get a paper and a pencil.
  3. Write down all things that you already did.
  4. Check your list, which part that makes you fail.
  5. Evaluate it and find a different action.

I’m sure if you do the evaluation above you will get better result in every part of your job. Albert Einstein said “Only dumb people who always take the same way and hope a different result”.
